Certification for the Approval of On-site Utility Sewer System:
I hereby certify that the on-site sewerage disposal system meets the
design requirements of and has been approved by the State of
Tennessee, Department of Environment and Conservation. I further certify
that the on-site sewerage system has been completely installed in
accordance with the specifications of the Blount County Subdivision
Regulations; or that proper provisions have been made by contract
between the developer and Sundown Resort Public/Private Utility
for their installation. Furthermore, the utility insures the completion of
construction of the entire sewer system to serve all lots with all required
permits and shall own and operate the on-site system with all restrictions
and conditions as noted upon recording of the final plat with the Blount
