THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into on this the 301h day of August, 2018, by and
between BLOUNT COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, of Blount County, Tennessee, hereinafter
designated as Grantor, and BLOUNT COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Tennessee,
hereinafter designated Grantee.
WITNESSETH: THAT the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, has bargained, sold, conveyed and quitclaimed and does hereby bargain, sell, convey
and quitclaim unto the Grantee all of its right, title, interest, claim and demand in and to the following
described premises, to -wit:

SITUATED in District No. 9 of Blount County, Tennessee, and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING on an iron rod set in the southwestern line of Cowan Street, said rod being
located S. 46-00-00 E., 368.40 feet from the point of intersection of the southwest line of
Cowan Street and the southeast line of Jett Road and being a corner to Tract One (2.42
acres tract); thence leaving Tract One and with Cowan Street S. 46-00-00 E., 439.34 feet
to the point of intersection with the northwest line of Everett Avenue; thence leaving
Cowan Street and with Everett Avenue S. 50-17-59 W., 406.32 feet to a point; thence
continuing with Everett Avenue S. 54-36-09 W., 391.81 feet to the point of intersection

a concrete monument on the West property of a Macadam Road; thence in a northeasterly
