subsurface sewage disposal system (SSD) on the property represented by this plat.
The Blount County Environmental Health Department makes no representation as to

TRENCH NOTES:
1) For the purpose of stormwater management, an infiltration trench
shall be required on each lot in accordance with the detail shown
above, shall be 100 feet in length and installed along contour in
some manner as septic field instoliotion.
2) The infiltration trench shall be constructed by lot/homeowner at
the time of septic field line installation and shall be inspected by the
Blount County Department of Environmental Health of the time of the
field line inspection.
3) The infiltration trench shall be placed behind all site development
and shall be installed generally parallel to the rear property line.
Location may be selected by the homeowner, but shall not be placed
closer than 25 feet from the nearest septic field line.
4) The infiltration trench is intended to be the perpetual maintenance
obligation of the property owner.
