1. 1/2" new iron rods will be set at all new lot corners.
2. Front Building setback shall be 30 feet fromall street rights -of -way and joint permanent
easements, unless otherwise noted in restrictions. All other Setbacks shall be in accordance
with the Zoning Ordinances.

those served by the private street or of the duly created Property Owner's Association or
Homeowners Association.
Z Street repair resulting from required repair and/or maintenance of watering shall be the
responsibility of the Royal Oaks Homeowner's Association.
