being a portion of the property as described in Warranty
Deed Book 290, Page 201 and Warranty Deed Book
390, Page 6, as recorded in the Blount County Register
of Deeds office, and being more particulartv described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in Tuckaleechee Trail, said point
being in the southeasterly line of Lot 5, Evadell L.
Eggers Subdivision (Plat Map 288B),"said "point also
being S 34-29 W, 209.5 feetfrom the centerline
intersection of Tuckaleechee Trail and Abbott Road;
thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the
southeasterly line of said Lot 5 S 44-22-28 W, 193.50
feet to a point, a comer to Lot 4 of said Evadell L.

8. Data for a portion of this boundary survey was derived using Static GPS procedures on April 7, 2025 using Trimble R8 dual frequency
GPS receivers. The grid coordinates of the Fixed Station shown hereon were derived from a solution using Trimble Post -Processing Service as
referenced to NAD83(2011), Epoch(2010.0), GEOIDI8. The relative positional accuracy of the GPS" vectors does not exceed H-0.02' and
V-0.06. Combined Grid Factor=0.99990514 centered on Fixed Station 50001, as shown hereon.
9. Purpose of this Exempt Plat is to create a Recorded Plat that represents Tax Map 57 Parcel 28.00 division of land as described in the
Recorded Deed Record Book 2814 Page 107.
