Notes:
1. There is a 5' utility and drainage easement along all
Interior lot lines and a 10' utility and drainage easement

Health Department should he consulted prior to any construction
to determine appropriate area to be reserved undisturbed for
septic field use.
10. The edge of the Right of Way was the original property line
between Lots 5 and 6• It has been restored along with all
easements, and remains as the western edge of the 25'
permanent private easement.
11. Encroachment permitted, new construction will be In accordance
with established building setback lines.
