This distances causes as massive misclosure on the original Tract �♦ 2 per his survey dated 12-01-2021. After a conversation with the previous surveyor, It was discovered that the 607.90' distances was accidentally annotated to the corner ♦♦ of the property N/F owned by Sara Adams Instead of the new corner Intended to create Tract 2 by his survey. The corrected distance of 483.60' as shown hereon Is based on the original Intention of the previous surveyor based on monuments found in the field and our conversations. 13.
