A Joint Permanent Easement is hereby established on Lot 1 R and Lot 3, with said to be placed within the entirety of the abandoned/closed right of way portion of Alcoa Trail, for the purposes of vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress on, over, upon, and across the easement areas as shown for the benefit of Lot 1 R and Lot 3.
